I offer two type of coaching plans. I coach athletes on an individual basis or as part of a group training program. The individual program is designed exclusively for the specific athlete. We work together to map out a race schedule, and I design a training plan that works around the athlete's family, work, and anticipated race schedule. This also allows me to focus specifically on the athlete's goals, strengths, and limiters when planning a training program. I do limit the number of athletes that I coach on an individual basis. The group training programs are designed around specific races and training plans are available at the Sprint, Oly, Half IM distances for triathlons; in addition, I also offer a group running program that focuses on preparing athletes for the Houston Half/Full Marathon. These group training programs are ongoing throughout the year and include weekly coached group workouts. My next group training session will begin the week of June 22nd. |
